Listening to your body is on of the most important things you can do for your overall health. Many times throughout the day our bodies are giving us signals and clues to what it really needs. The little headache could be a sign off dehydration, or a need for more rest. Most of the time we work over our bodies cues, or drink over them or do things to distract us.
