Life eventually takes its toll on your body. You can be the healthiest person in the world when you're younger, but as you get older you start to find things aren't what they used to be. This is inevitable and it's going to happen to all of us, but there's something you can do to stop it. People say it's impossible to slow down the ageing process, but it's not technically true. We can change our habits now and keep our health well into old age.
