Many diabetics struggle in their efforts to understand what foods they should be eating and in what quantities. One of the most common questions they have is whether or not they can eat fruits. The simple answer is “yes.” To be clear, I am not a registered dietician. However, I have researched this topic thoroughly for one of my friends when they were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
